[A large bouquet of roses, a bag of what is clearly takeout, and a whole Valentine bear.]

You don't have to act like I'm picky, Hansa. [setting out plates and what have you] I'll eat whatever's not likely to poison me.

I would hope you'd have the dignity to outright take a swing at me if you actually wanted me dead. I could at least respect that.

Haha, you're right. Poison isn't my thing. You've seen me, right? I tend to just beat an opponent into submission if I want to.

[Waver shrugged, rubbing the back of his neck uneasily.]
