Yes, its a tomato paste with spices on bread, covered with cheese, and this one has little slices of meat from a cured sausage sort of thing they call pepperoni. The pepperoni is a little spicy.

There are different things you can put on it besides pepperoni. Like meat, or green peppers...even pineapple.

People would put fruit on it...? That seems... well, to each their own. I'm very excited to try this, Hansa, thank you so much for sharing with me! To think, you can freeze an entire meal and simply eat it later...
