Yes, its a tomato paste with spices on bread, covered with cheese, and this one has little slices of meat from a cured sausage sort of thing they call pepperoni. The pepperoni is a little spicy.

There are different things you can put on it besides pepperoni. Like meat, or green peppers...even pineapple.
