Yes. Basically, whatever the creator of the Bounded Field wants you to see, it appears. But your limits are bound by your magical abilities. You couldn't create, like, a whole city, for example. A piece of it, maybe.

That is certainly true.
I can only imagine the looks of those being suddenly thwarted of such deeply-constructed plans by the power of brute force. And, there is also nothing to say that lessons can be taught this way to those deserving.
[ Anaxagoras would reserve such "teaching of lessons" for only enemies, though. ]
