Being an overseer to a Holy Grail War isn't quite so different from this.

[ She's calling it like it is. What happened here was simply less destructive on a physical scale. ]

It is good if they aren't used to something like this but terrible that they have to experience it now. We will have to do what we can to support and to guide.

[ It easy to say that mages are humans, too, just like a number of the people here even if mages try so hard to destroy their humanity. She isn't summoned to judge whether or not they're good people or if their fights are worth it. She's only summoned to make sure their fights don't destroy the world. ]

The Holy Grail War is a competition for a wish, Father. If what was said was true, the wish given to us here might be more potent than what the Holy Grail can offer.

[ If he is indeed just an overseer who hasn't also become a Master, it shouldn't be as much of a temptation for him.

His next words make her feel conflicted, and her gaze lowers. ]

Do the Masters who take part in the Holy Grail War know that their wishes will truly be granted?

[ If they can't realize it in their minds, they can't realize it if they win. It doesn't escape Jeanne that there's a catch. It doesn't escape here that there could be one here. ]

I think the Leaders tell us the truth as they know them. Whether it's the full truth or not is in question. [ And she can't and won't blame them if it isn't. ]
